I was born in Chattanooga, TN, living there until I was 6 months then moved to Norfolk, VA…so I claim the 757! I’m a product specialist for a healthcare technology company and a part-time travel agent (one of my passions). I don’t have kids and don’t want any, but I’ll be the best auntie to your kids lol. I’m a tomboy at heart, love my jeans, tshirts and timberlands but I have my girlie moments when needed. I have a makeup and purse fetish but hate shopping! I love to talk, tell jokes, travel and meet new people.

How long have you been a member of TFR?

I’ve been at TFR since April 2014.

What’s your workout routine, or what classes do you take?

My normal workout routine is Crossfit Tuesday thru Thursday, crossfit/yoga Saturdays when time permits. Oh, and Mondays when it’s a squat WOD, gotta build my rump or when I miss a day.

What goals have you accomplished this year?

Recently, I have lost 17lbs in the past 4 months, and I plan to lose 10lbs more to get back into a size 8/10.

What’s your favorite cheat meal?

Fried chicken from Popeyes and dirty rice from Bojangles or Fried crabs.

What’s your favorite exercise or class?

My favorite exercise is back squats for the rump lol and deadlifts. Although deadlifts stress my back, I still do them.

What do you enjoy the most about TFR?

I love how every Coach pushes you beyond your limit and how they express the potential they see in you that you may not see yourself. A great, caring, family gym.

Favorite quote or saying from a TFR Coach?

As much as I love all the coaches, I tune everyone out so I can get thru the WOD safely, so I’m not listening to them lol, but I love to hear all of them say…”1..2..3, pick that weight up, LET’S GO!” Then I beast it out.
