Part A:
2 C & J @ 60%
2 C & J @ 70%
2 C & J @ 80%
2 C & J @ 90%

Part B:
Alternating EMOM:
6 TTB
50 C&J (95/135)

At the top of the EMOM you must complete 6 TTB and then complete as many of the 50 C&J @ (95/135) as possible with the remaining time in the minute. At the top of the next minute you will repeat!
