This class is signature only to TFR! How much rhythm do you have? Can you keep up with the TEMPO? This is an aerobic style class that is weight lifting only! You will use 5-10 lb dumbbells and you are weightlifting to the beat, usually hip hop or R&B, hope you can keep up!
Be prepare for the sweat of your LIFE! Have you ever experienced a party on a bike? Well sign up for one of our most popular cardio classes, Xtreme Cycle! Our classes are 45-60 minutes long and feature Hip Hop/R&B Music Videos with all of the fun choreography that gives you a full body workout!
If you want a strong core, firm booty and a long spine then you need to be in Barre Booty! This class is offered twice a week and it’s perfect for individuals who really want to isolate the core and glute muscles with a little bit of a Pilates twist.
BOOT CAMP WILL RETURN IN APRIL 2020
One of our favorite classes is our signature Boot Camp! Boot Camp is offered only during the warm months at Nickajack Park. This class is intense and full of cardio and body weight exercises. You will get an amazing sweat, definitely a tan and you will crush your summer goals in our seasonal boot camp.
Kettlebells can be fun and challenging when combined with core and balance routines. We offer this class twice a week and it’s a fan favorite. You’ll work on kettlebell swings, presses, deadlifts, situps and several other techniques which will make you strong and lean!
If you want to learn how to run properly and effectively then our Trek and Field class is where you need to be! This class combines treadmill exercises with “Field” work on our indoor turf! You will feel like you’re preparing for the Olympics in this class, or at least that’s what your mind will tell you. Let’s get to work!
