Our signature class is a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Boot Camp! It’s the best of both worlds! High energy interval stations that give you a great variety of cardio and weights that will work your total body. Our HIIT boot camp is offered daily at 6 AM and 6:30 PM and on Saturdays at 8 AM. Currently we are keeping class sizes limited and we do our best to keep clients outdoor in the parking lot spaced out. If you aren’t interested in coming in the gym, no problem, classes are offered via ZOOM as well! Don’t let COVID pack on the pounds, get up and get moving!
All you need is your computer, a mat and a chair and get ready for a core experience you won’t regret! Barre Booty is an amazing combination of core, mat pilates, ballet and spine strengthening routines that we all need in our life! Don’t sit at your desk slouched all day, MOVE. YOUR. BODY. That’s why we make our classes available to you via ZOOM, or you can come into the gym and log in! Get your Barre Booty on on Monday nights at 6:30 PM!
We are still rocking the bike and bringing that party to the pedal, nothing has changed! Our Xtreme Cycle classes are the best and most energetic classes you will ever find on this side of Atlanta! Whether you at home or in the gym, we have options for you! Our classes are M-Th at 7:15 PM, Saturdays at 9 AM and Sundays at 4 PM and ALL of our coaches bring that energy each and every ride! You can come to the gym or a small group ride or you can log in from home via ZOOM, whatever suits you, we’ve got you covered so sign up and let’s ride!
